Subversive SVN Team Provider (Incubation) 0.7.9.I20100512-1900
When the SVN repo (HTTPS) password is stored in Eclipse, but it is changed on server and the user tries to commit a (single) changed file, it silently fails. No error dialog.
The I resynced and the it asked for the new password.

There are some changes in weekly build which could resolve this problem,
please try it. What SVN connector do you use?
