9,10,11 need to be clarified
Bring up on the Steering Committee if Release Review is needed for these changes (Jakarta EE 8) since it is only minor updates.

Update board according to steering committee input on 9-10-11 (submit release review):

Submit Release Review (?)

Attendance on PMC meetings. Concern, but nothing to act on right now. Discussed that some of the spec projects have release tags with snapshots in it.
